Look at each suspect's sworn statement. For Adyson pick out the spelling mistakes. For Baxter pick out the letters in a different font. For Cheryl pick out all the underlined letters. For Dawson pick out the bold letters and for Evalyn pick out the superscript letters.

Adyson's clue reads "weighs over", Baxter's "hair and", Cheryl's "has brown", Dawson's "sixty kilograms" and Evalyn's "guilty person". Putting these in order using the time stamps on the sworn statements gives "guilty person has brown hair and weighs over sixy kilograms". This statement is only true for Dawson.
