If not, look closely at the weekly bulletin article "This week in Lapland".
There are extra words in the article which, when removed, tell you how to order your answers.
The extra words direct you towards the time stamps on each puzzle. Put them in time order.
Putting the time stamps in order gives 4.27am, 8.23am, 10.22am, 11.52am, 1.15pm, 3.32pm 5.42pm, 7.04pm and 9.17pm.
You will need the answers that go along with these time stamps for the actual code.
