The numbers in the username is a good place to start..
The forth letter should be an E but it is labelled 4. This is a key.
The seventh letter should be O but it is labelled 7. Use this key to change the numbers in the password to text.
Using the code m=1, y= 2, n=3 etc on the pasword gives twenty two.
