General Hint You need to have completed all other puzzles before attempting this one. You should have four word answers which can be used to decode the final cipher. If you are missing any of these, go back through the case file to find them. Need a hint? Hint 1 Hint 2 Solution You should have two pages, one which looks full of lines and one which says who, where, weapon and why. By filling in the answers to the four questions you now have a key to decode the final cipher. There are two extra letters hiding somewhere in the case file also. The two missing symbols can be found in the bottom left of the notes page. In deciphering the final cipher you are given clues to the final code. There is only one three digit number which can fit these statements. The writting says: "The first digit is one fourth of the last digit. The second digit is six times the first digit." All digits must be 0-9. For the second statement the only numbers that can work are 1 6 _ . If the first digit is one fourth of the last, this makes it 4. Making the final answer 164. Back
